About The Position

Insituform Technologies, LLC/EN-TECH is looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant. Requirements

  • An associate degree (AA) or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience as an administrative assistant in a multi-person team environment
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and work under deadlines.
  • Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.
  • Must be self-sufficient and highly motivated.
  • Must be able to interact with Business Leaders and Management in a mature and businesslike manner.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all meetings or conferences by arranging facilities, making travel arrangements including hotel reservations, issuing information or invitations.
  • Compose and prepares confidential correspondence, reports, and other complex documents on a weekly/monthly basis.
  • Prepares purchase requisitions, payment requests, codes invoices, enter cash receipts.
  • Assist with company events both internal and external.
  • Assist with orders and maintaining office supplies.
  • Maintains various databases and spreadsheet files as requested.
  • Assist with Payroll processing.
  • Support new employee hire process both temporary and full-time.
  • Support company incentive plans/programs.
