About The Position

A Remote Administrative Assistant provides virtual administrative and clerical support to executives, managers, or teams while working from a home-based or remote location. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations by managing communications, scheduling, documentation, and organizational tasks using digital tools.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred)
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or office coordinator
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Reliable internet connection and home office setup

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Handle email correspondence and respond on behalf of leadership
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and internal documents
  • Maintain digital filing systems and company records
  • Coordinate virtual meetings (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet)
  • Assist with data entry, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping
  • Support project coordination and task tracking
  • Manage travel arrangements (if applicable)
  • Perform general administrative support duties as assigned
