About The Position

The Clinical Practice and Development Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Clinical Practice department. This role supports clinical education, orientation, learning management systems, and department operations to ensure efficiency, organization, and regulatory readiness. The position collaborates with clinical leaders, educators, and operational partners to coordinate scheduling, maintain records, and support program implementation. This role also provides direct administrative support to the VP of Clinical Practice and adapts to evolving departmental needs, including support for clinical development, practicum programs, and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative or operational support experience, preferably in healthcare.
  • Experience supporting senior leadership or multiple programs required.
  • Valid Colorado driver’s license, reliable transportation, and adequate auto insurance maintained throughout employment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with learning management systems or similar platforms.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to support evolving departmental needs.

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field.
