We are seeking an experienced Secretary who has a proven track record of leading a team onsite and able to deliver. Position Summary: The role of the Power Marketing Administrative Assistant is to support Western Area Power Administration. This position is located in Folsom, California. Responsibilities may include: Independently produce reports taking notes/minutes for meetings arranging travel timekeeping document processing/official records management purchasing and reimbursement processing event support calendar and resource management intranet site updates resource scheduling and coordination multi-line phone coverage office assistance to federal personnel, and department-specific support

Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Must be willing to participate in federal background investigation and drug test
  • Must have a High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven administrative experience.
  • A capacity for learning new skills quickly
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong emotional intelligence
  • Must have 4+ years of strong typing and note taking skills
  • Must have strong typing skills (type 50+wpm)
  • Independently able to work
  • Strong time-management skills
  • Pragmatic team player who is not confined by a job description and is willing step in to assist where needed no task is too big or too small for you
