EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE/BACKGROUND: Administrative, data entry and reception, experience required. Minimum of a high school diploma preferred but not required. QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Clear and effective written and verbal communications using phone and email. Able to multi task Good time management skills and ability to complete work in a timely, accurate, and thorough manner. Work well in a team environment with the ability to multi-task. Able to maintain confidential information. Must have computer skills and proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook/Outlook Express. Professional, dependable, takes pride in work, SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Able to work overtime occasionally. RESPONSIBILITIES: DUTIES (Include but not limited to): Answer multi-line phone system professionally and efficiently, taking detailed messages and distribution/transferring of calls and messages as needed Data entry across multiple company platforms and systems Assist with entering leads and enrollments in company database Distribute electronic faxes to proper departments Manage front desk and entrance area Manage office and break room supply inventory Manage company live chat function Provide administrative support to office staff and other company personnel Perform duties with honesty, objectivity, truthfulness, integrity and high ethical standards Understand the confidential nature of information with regard to all company activities including but not limited to policies, applicant data, student data, financial data, and accreditation and licensing, and agree to maintain that confidentiality even after separation from the company. Regular, reliable and predictable work attendance is an essential function of this position. All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
