Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent Communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • If recovering, 24 months of verifiable sobriety

Nice To Haves

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
  • Experience in a healthcare or social assistance industry
  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) software

Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative duties such as answering phones, responding to emails and filing paperwork
  • Schedule and maintain Clinical Support staff schedules
  • Maintain accurate records and databases
  • Light case management
  • Facilitate patient groups as needed
  • Provide support to clinical staff as needed
  • Assist administrator as needed
  • Assist Human Resources Director as needed
  • Assist Patient Financial Services Director as needed
  • Assist with other general duties as needed
