Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in administrative duties
  • Valid NC Driver's License
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Possess advanced analytical skills
  • Experienced computer skills working in Excel
  • Commitment to Excellence and holding team to highest standards
  • Team player that enjoys collaborating with coworkers
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, proficiency with computers.
  • Experience with other financial systems.

Responsibilities

  • Billing
  • Invoicing all service work orders
  • AR (In Emailing work order copies to appropriate personnel concerning tank sets, pickups, or movements
  • Adding/moving tank assets in E3
  • Adding maintenance notes into truck repair software
  • Coding and scanning vendor invoices
  • Managing the Purchase Order Spreadsheet
  • Contacting vendors for invoices as needed
  • Managing Truck Service alerts and PM schedules with division managers
  • Sending out monthly reminders “Refueler” Truck Maintenance log management
  • Keeping up with movements PM Schedules
  • Assisting with Month End Inventory counts and reconciliations
  • Tracking down missing items
  • Bi-Weekly aviation filter counts as needed
  • Spot checking higher priced items
