What You'll Do: Executive Partnership - Serve as the trusted right hand to two leaders, managing complex calendars and prioritizing critical engagements Global Coordination - Orchestrate seamless domestic and international travel and worldwide meetings Strategic Communication - Handle high-level correspondence, presentations, and reports with discretion Event Excellence - Plan and execute leadership meetings, employee celebrations, and strategic planning sessions Organizational Leadership - Maintain SharePoint sites, organizational charts, and recognition programs Proactive Problem-Solving - Anticipate needs and resolve challenges before they impact leadership What Makes You Successful: Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment Strong communication skills across all organizational levels Strategic thinking with flawless execution Team-oriented mindset with a passion for excellence Ready to support world-changing innovation? Qualifications Minimum Requirements: High School diploma/GED 7 years of experience supporting leaders in a fast-paced corporate environment Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel 5 years of experience coordinating international & domestic travel for leaders Strong project management skills Preferred qualifications: Bachelors degree Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Superior problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking skills Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels Flexibility to work extended hours as needed Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders critical to success, both internally and externally Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes Demonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions Ability to take the initiative and drive for results Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery

Requirements

  • High School diploma/GED
  • 7 years of experience supporting leaders in a fast-paced corporate environment
