About The Position

• Manage and triage email inbox, responding to inquiries promptly • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings • Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and expense tracking • Prepare simple reports and summaries as required • Support administrative tasks with flexibility and adaptability • Maintain confidentiality and ensure accuracy in all tasks
