Requirements

Prior restoration and in-home sales experience preferred, proven closing performance is a must
Confident, knowledgeable and able to build rapport with prospects
Service oriented mindset
Active IICRC certifications preferred, but training can be provided
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Pass background check and drug tests

Responsibilities

Respond to property damage services, often times in event of emergency
Communicate clearly to customers on need and urgency of mitigation services, and successfully demonstrate our company values to secure work contracts
Scope out each job correctly, set realistic expectations and next steps
Provide the highest level of customer services at all times
Directly and indirectly supervise crews to deliver services promised
Ability to work afterhours and weekends during on-call rotation
