Learn more by visiting www.rickengineering.com Qualifications Qualified candidate will have Solid organizational skills Knowledge of Microsoft Office is required Computer literacy Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat and PowerPoint preferred Proven ability to perform document editing with quality grammar and spelling Knowledge of Microsoft Teams (to include creating/hosting a meeting downloading/saving recorded meetings) Ability to multi-task is a must Candidate must be comfortable with or willing to learn Large scale map printing General office coordination (handle deliveries, conference room organization, general office upkeep) Experience with corporate supply purchasing is a plus Plan Runner to Public Agencies Phone etiquette and general knowledge in operating and directing calls through a multi-line switchboard is required. Candidate must be flexible, energetic, willing to learn, and able to handle last-minute deadlines along with the ability to professionally handle a variety of people. Strong communication skills are necessary. Must be 21 years of age. Valid Drivers license and good driving record a must. Requirements
