CGI is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the DOJ Office of Violence Against Women (OVW) in Washington, DC. Your future duties and responsibilities: . Coordinate and support virtual and in-person meetings, presentations, and engagements with internal (OVW and DOJ) and external stakeholders, including federal staff, representatives, grantees, and the general public. . Provide logistical support for events, including travel coordination, venue arrangements, preparation of materials, and post-event follow-up. . Retrieve, organize, and analyze datasets from grant systems and other information sources. . Maintain digital filing systems and program documentation in accordance with OVW standards. . Conduct data quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness. . Provide scheduling, calendar coordination, and email management services. . Draft, edit, and disseminate internal and external communications, including emails, memos, and meeting materials. . Support outreach efforts to TAD grantees to enhance engagement and compliance with award conditions. . Track deadlines, deliverables, and workflow across TAD programs and teams. . Provide proactive administrative support by identifying and responding to recurring program needs associated with the annual grants management cycle.
