About The Position

This position primarily supports the day-to-day activities of the Vending Department. Essential Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Cash vault responsibilities which include the counting of the Vending Routes collections Responsible for assisting the Vending Department in all aspects to contribute towards the division’s operating performance Responsible for the daily reconciling of inventory for all Vending Routes timely and accurately Process daily orders for all Vending Routes in Encompass and Seed systems Research and process all Vending consumer refunds Maintain Vending KPI reporting standards and goals Responsible for processing and analyzing monthly Vending commissions Answer telephone calls from customers (both internal and external) and process these calls or direct them to the appropriate party. Assist in successfully resolving customer issues (both internal and external). Assist with day-to-day clerical activities (filing, scheduling, mail distribution, etc.)

Requirements

  • High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)preferred; related experience or training in customer service; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
  • Must be detail oriented, with problem solving ability, and strong analytical skills.
  • Must have a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
  • Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy.

  • Beverage distribution support experience a plus.

Responsibilities
