You will be tasked with handling a variety of unique challenges and duties – most importantly, to provide administrative and office support activities for all divisions, especially the Accounting, HR and Sales departments.

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, lookups, formulas, and data analysis.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Comfortable working with strong personalities and able to handle direct feedback with professionalism and resilience.
  • Comfortable working in ERP systems and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and analyze operational and sales reports using advanced Excel skills, turning complex data into clear, decision-ready insights.
  • Oversee logistics reporting and audit operational systems for accuracy, compliance, and performance trends.
  • Monitor open orders, quotes, and reports to ensure billing accuracy and clean backlog management.
  • Manage sales administration including commission reporting, scorecards, and KPI tracking.
  • Coordinate team calendar, trade shows, events, and promotional materials.
  • Provide executive support including email management, expense oversight, and reporting summaries.
  • Manage recruiting coordination and maintain structured onboarding and offboarding checklists to ensure smooth employee transitions
