About The Position

The Administrative Assistant provides office and administrative support to help the Pooler office run smoothly. This role assists with scheduling, document tracking, and compliance-related tasks.

Requirements

  • Experience with compliance tracking, including contractor licenses and business license renewals
  • Previous administrative or office support experience
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to track and retrieve documents efficiently
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to follow direction and support multiple team members
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office or similar systems
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability

Responsibilities

  • Order and maintain office supplies
  • Answer and route incoming calls
  • Greet and assist visitors
  • Assist with service and warranty scheduling
  • Assist with builder schedules for the Pooler office by adding jobs
  • Track, organize, and maintain job-related documents to ensure they are easily accessible when needed
  • Assist with tracking and renewing contractor licenses, business registrations, and required permits
  • Support office compliance tasks and documentation
  • Assist with audit preparation and document collection
  • Support insurance certificate requests
  • Provide general administrative support for compliance-related tasks
