About The Position

Westminster Manor in Fort Walton Beach, Florida is seeking to fill a full-time administrative assistant position. This role provides support to the community administrator with specific responsibilities for preparation of project requests, proposals, licensure renewal, rents and subsidies, and other special projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and education.
  • General business experience and the ability to work with people in all types of situations.
  • Proficient in administrative work and communications skills including expertise in word processing and computer programs.
