Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating meetings, appointments, and conferences for staff and executives.
  • Answering phones, managing email, handling mail, and drafting documents, memos, and reports.
  • Ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, scanning, binding, and filing documents.
  • Updating databases, maintaining records, and assisting with basic bookkeeping and financial tasks.
  • Greeting guests and directing them to the appropriate person.
  • Taking meeting minutes, preparing presentations, and assisting with special projects.
