Administrative Assistants provide various support roles to the Division of Child Support (DCS) Case Management Specialists, Digital Fingerprinting Site Support Specialists, and DCS Federal Staff. They all answer phones; receive, log, and sort mail; send, receive, and sort faxes; file and purge case records; and monitor resource mailboxes. They also support the Case Management Specialists by opening and closing cases, as well as evaluating various database searches for potential sponsor information should the need arise.
