We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our Administration Department. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth functioning of office activities, supporting leadership, and maintaining effective communication across the organization. The Administrative Assistant works closely with the Chief Financial & HR Officer and provides support across finance, human resources, and general administrative functions. This position requires a proactive professional who can manage competing priorities, maintain confidentiality, and contribute positively to a collaborative work environment. We think the ideal candidate is someone who is highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through, communicates clearly and professionally with a wide range of stakeholders, thrives in a fast-paced, multitasking environment, demonstrates discretion and sound judgment when handling sensitive information, takes initiative and works independently while supporting a team, and maintains a positive, professional demeanor at all times.
