Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience

Responsibilities

  • Prepares, collects and/or coordinates the collection, preparation, and development of information, reports, and documents for use in discussions/meetings of the executive management team, staff, and outside groups or individuals.
  • Ability to produce complex and professional Power Point presentations, Excel Spreadsheets, and business analytics.
  • Ability to maintain the security of confidential and business sensitive information.
  • Coordinates and schedules events, board of director's meetings, conferences, meetings, travel, and conference rooms.
  • Excellent management and decision skills to facilitate complex meetings schedules and logistics requirements in a changing environment coordinating complex domestic and international travel arrangements and international meetings.
  • Maintains courteous and professional demeanor interacting with senior-level executives, clients, and staff on behalf of the executive management team.
  • Maintains key contacts database, corporate files, and business files.
  • Coordinate, create, edit and distribute both internal and external correspondence under the direction of Executive Management
  • Provides administrative support including but not limited to: phones, prepares itineraries, agendas, expense reports.
  • All other duties as assigned.
  • Occasional over time may be required.
