We have partnered with wealth advisors and estate attorneys to create Coordinated Financial Care service for our clients. The Job We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to add to our dynamic team of professionals in our Snohomish, WA office. This role is essential to keeping daily office operations running smoothly and providing excellent service to our clients. Responsibilities include assisting with client communications, supporting the tax team, maintaining accurate and confidential records, and handling general office and administrative tasks. Although we take our work very seriously, we don't take ourselves too seriously. This is more than just a place to get through the work day. We enjoy our work and our time together!
