About The Position

EnviroTactics, LLC is seeking an entry-level, part-time Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and customer service functions. This role is integral to maintaining efficient administrative processes and providing organizational and project support across the company. Key responsibilities include answering and directing phone calls, processing and distributing mail, maintaining office inventory and equipment, greeting and assisting visitors, and supporting administrative and project management tasks. The Administrative Assistant will report directly to the Office Administrator and will be expected to assume additional responsibilities as proficiency and experience increase.

Requirements

  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize competing assignments
