About The Position

We are hiring a Fleet Administrative Assistant to support our Operations Manager, service shop, and parts department. This role is responsible for work order processing, warranty tracking, purchase orders, accident documentation, and daily administrative support in a fleet service environment. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year administrative or operations support experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook experience
  • Valid, clean driver’s license
  • Successfully pass a pre-employment (post offer) background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

  • Review, process, and close shop work orders
  • Prepare and track warranty claims and OEM returns
  • Issue purchase orders to approved vendors
  • Maintain accident reports, DVIRs, and maintenance records
  • Answer phones and route calls appropriately
  • Communicate with vendors and internal teams
  • Support the Parts Department as needed
  • Prepare operational reports for management
  • Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
