About The Position

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for day to day administrative duties of CSM Financial under the direction of the Finance Associate. Responsibilities: Process various transactions for financial services and truck leasing businesses Support business leaders to improve process efficiency Perform other related tasks as assigned by the business segment leadership Duties: Administer fuel tax reporting, investigate and approve invoices, vehicle titling and registration, etc. Administer loan processing including scheduling ACH batches, NSF payment reversals, loan modifications, collections, etc. Deposit check receipts Process rental check-outs and check-ins Create new customer records from incoming credit applications Other office duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field required
  • Good understanding and knowledge of common accounting concepts
  • Ability to learn systems applications
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Attention to fine detail and accuracy
  • Excellent written, verbal, and customer communications skills
  • The ability to prioritize and handle several tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, stoop and lift/move up to 25 lbs. on a regular basis
  • Ability to work in a dealership environment to include 8 - 12 hour days with frequent exposure to weather elements

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in equipment financing or leasing is a plus
  • Preferred software experience: Excel
