About The Position

This position provides high-level administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of our office. This role involves managing daily office tasks, project work, coordinating schedules, handling correspondence, and supporting internal teams with organization and communication. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. Trinity Health Of New England At Home is a national home care, palliative care, and hospice organization, providing comprehensive home care and end‑of‑life services in the comfort of patients’ homes through skilled nursing, therapy services, medical social work, hospice care, and bereavement support.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • Minimum two years of clerical/administrative experience, ideally supporting management in a corporate setting.
  • Strong technical skills with the ability to master new processes and systems quickly.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Analytical ability to gather data and maintain spreadsheets and reports.
  • Able to compose and edit correspondence and prepare reports.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for coordinating with internal teams, departments, and external customers.
  • Demonstrates discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and adapt to changing needs.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • One (1) year of customer service experience serving as the first point of contact via email/phone/in person strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, organize, and format data, reports, documents, and correspondence.
  • Support departmental processes, special projects, and cross‑department coordination.
  • Manage communications for assigned staff; screen calls and handle routine inquiries.
  • Plan and organize office events.
  • Maintain organized manual and electronic filing systems; process incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Provide high‑quality customer service and demonstrate Mission, Vision, and Values in daily work.
  • Collaborate with administrative colleagues and assist with tasks related to HR, payroll, and departmental documentation.
  • Contribute to a positive work environment, continuous improvement efforts, and effective working relationships.
  • Ordering office supplies and tracking equipment.
  • Submitting and verifying accounts payable invoices.
