In this role, you’ll be a critical force behind the scenes—anticipating needs, keeping operations running smoothly, and enabling leadership to focus on strategic priorities. You will take ownership of a wide range of administrative and project support responsibilities, including:

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Typically five or more years of experience in administrative and support roles
  • Strong reading, writing, and analytical abilities
  • Proven success balancing multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines with ease
  • Advanced administrative and clerical skills
  • Ability to interpret data, troubleshoot issues, and resolve exceptions proactively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency navigating a variety of software tools, including Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities

  • Managing complex calendars, meetings, presentations, and travel for a payments executive
  • Coordinating key projects and initiatives, often requiring you to gather, interpret, and translate data into clear and actionable reports
  • Planning and executing meetings, conferences, and cross‑functional events
  • Creating polished communications, presentations, and documentation that reflects our team’s high standards
  • Partnering closely with internal stakeholders across the Payments business to keep priorities on track
