Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings for the administrative team and leadership.
  • Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external communications.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence while ensuring timely responses.
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and expense reporting.
  • Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and coordinating onboarding activities for new hires.
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure that all documents are accurately organized and easy to retrieve.
  • Collaborate with team members to facilitate the smooth execution of daily operations and special projects.
