CR Fitness is now accepting applications for a qualified Administrative Assistant to join our fast-growing team! Summary of Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clubs, addressing inquiries and resolving membership issues in a timely manner Receive and process all membership changes and billing issues Maintain accurate and up-to-date member information in the company’s database or CRM system. Collaborate with other departments to resolve account discrepancies, billing issues, or membership concerns. Prepare and distribute regular reports on membership activity, billing, or other relevant metrics. Support any other tasks and duties assigned by leadership to support the office

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalency required
  • Proficient reading and writing skills
  • Impeccable scheduling and time management skills
  • Efficient and effective communication skills
  • Previous experience with administrative duties in an office setting is preferred
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and is considerably tech-savvy
  • Google Sheets Proficiency Required
  • Outgoing Personality
  • Organized
  • Professional and reliable
  • Willing to go above and beyond
