Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or customer service support role.
  • Intermediate to advanced experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.) and comfortable with various technology platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, professional demeanor, and the ability to interact with diverse personalities.
  • Excellent communication, customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to shifting priorities.
  • High school diploma or GED.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Microsoft Finance and Operations (F&O) is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for office facility needs, visitor coordination, and maintenance requests.
  • Experience with a multi-line phone system and professional phone etiquette.
  • Oversee kitchen and office supply inventory, ensuring adequate stock and organization.
  • Maintaining the office in a clean and orderly manner, which will include light cleaning of shared spaces like the reception area, conference rooms, and break rooms.
  • Coordinate with building property management for maintenance, cleaning, and other services.
  • Provide general administrative support, including word processing, mail processing, accounting, and event scheduling.
  • Collaborating with engineers and technical staff to produce and edit client deliverables, including project specifications in a variety of software.
  • Assist with event coordination, such as office celebrations, holiday parties and meetings, including catering and setup/cleanup.
  • Support IT needs by managing inventory of equipment.
  • Act as a liaison for new hires, ensuring smooth onboarding, workspace setup, and orientation.
  • Other administrative duties as assigned.
