When not interacting with guests, gives priority to helping other team members deliver exceptional guest experiences (e.g., by being highly responsive to their requests for information or assistance that will help them serve our guests).Treats all co-workers, customers, and vendors professionally and with respect Attendance and Punctuality Adheres to Company Policies and Procedures Maintains a clean and organized work area Maintains a professional appearance and adheres to the dealership dress code Performs administrative functions for department/ dealership Maintains confidentiality of business conversations, correspondence, reports, and records as appropriate Assists visitors and callers when possible Answer telephones and takes messages for personnel as assigned Makes travel arrangements for personnel and maintains record of their itineraries Handles tasks that need immediate attention in the absence of personnel Prepares or directs preparation of correspondence, dealership-wide memorandums, forms, vendor reports, and other documents as assigned Makes arrangements for executive/ board of director meetings and acts as custodian of corporate documents and records, directing preparation and filing of records such as notices, meeting agendas, minutes, and resolutions Sorts, opens, and routes incoming mail and prepares outgoing mail for delivery to the post office Operates and arranges for the maintenance of office equipment such as fax machines, typewriters, computers, and copiers Cross-trains others for this position as directed by management Fills in for other administrative positions as needed and directed by management Assists with related special projects as required Other duties may be assigned.
