Administrative Assistant - Sexual Assault and Harassment Prevention and Response (SAHPR): Provide specialized administrative and writing support for the Sexual Assault and Harassment Prevention and Response (SAHPR) Program. Support the development, review, and maintenance of policies, procedures, guidance documents, FAQs, and other SAHPR-related materials. Conduct research and analysis related to sexual assault and harassment prevention and response initiatives. Perform detailed editorial reviews to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency with agency policy, regulatory requirements, and Agency/Office practices. Produce clear, accurate, and audience-appropriate written communications. Provide metrics and analytics support to evaluate the effectiveness of communications, outreach, and engagement efforts. Collect and analyze data from digital platforms, media monitoring tools, and stakeholder engagement activities. Develop dashboards and reports for leadership to support data-driven decision-making. Translate complex data into actionable insights to improve program performance. Collaborate closely with communications staff to ensure metrics inform strategy and enhance engagement across diverse stakeholder audiences.
