Walters Wholesale Electric, an affiliate of USESI, is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position will be located in our Victorville, CA location.

Requirements

1--2 years of administrative experience required; experience in electrical distribution or similar industry strongly preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
High school diploma required

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Support office operations across departments, ensuring smooth daily coordination and communication.
Maintain schedules, organize meetings, and prepare related materials, reports, and presentations.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
Handle confidential information and provide professional reception and phone coverage.
Project positive, professional image of the company in all communications with customers, vendors and suppliers
Coordinate special projects and tasks as directed.
