Rodgers & Associates, a Registered Investment Adviser, is a fee-only independent wealth management firm. We provide financial planning and investment management services, assisting clients in and approaching retirement. We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented individual to join our team and support our firm in delivering an outstanding client experience. This is a full-time, hourly position with scheduled evening hours to support the firm.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to learn quickly and work independently.
  • Professional, positive attitude with a commitment to delivering excellent client service.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in financial services, professional services, or administrative support is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to team members.
  • Assist in preparing materials for client review meetings, including assembling reports and documentation.
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments to coordinate client meetings.
  • Maintain accurate and UpToDate client records in the CRM system.
  • Assist with preparing and processing client correspondence and documentation.
  • Support compliance-related administrative needs, including organizing documentation, maintaining required records, and ensuring timely completion of compliance tasks.
  • Handle incoming communications with professionalism, delivering exceptional service to clients and prospects.
  • Coordinate office tasks such as preparing mailings, organizing digital files, and managing supplies.
  • Collaborate with team members to support projects that improve operational efficiency and client service.
