About The Position

At NorthBay Health, the Administrative Assistant performs administrative functions and supports additional duties as needed by the Corporate administrative office. Performs specific duties and assignments. Primary in support of the calendar for the CEO, Coordinates meetings, making all arrangements when requested and supports corporate initiatives as requested. Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEOs calendar, schedules meetings as requested
  • Understands and supports established organization policies and procedures.
  • Supports assigned meetings as requested including set-up and breakdown of conference rooms, minutes and transcriptions.
  • Greets everyone with exemplary customer service skills, provides directions, answers questions, and obtains information to ensure great customer service.
  • Answers telephone and directs calls appropriately.
  • Orders and distributes office supplies.
  • Performs clerical duties such as scanning, making copies and preparing documents.
  • Provides other clerical support as requested.
  • Manages multiple files, records and confidential phone lists.
  • Maintain professional relationships and convey relevant information to other members of the health care team within facility and with applicable external agencies/organizations.
  • Completes special projects and other duties as requested.
