About The Position

Action Property Management, founded in 1984, is the largest privately owned HOA management company in the West, serving over 300 communities with nearly 900 team members. Action is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the General Manager at their Park Laurel property in downtown San Diego. This is a temporary full-time role, expected to last until October. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple priorities, and is dedicated to providing excellent customer service and administrative support.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of administrative or office support experience preferred
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Building management software and/or similar tools)
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional, customer-service oriented demeanor

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the general manager
  • Prepare and distribute reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence
  • Manage emails, phone calls, and general communications
  • Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and assist with logistics
  • Maintain organized digital and physical files
  • Support special projects and other administrative tasks as needed
