About The Position

Currently, Aquatech has an immediate need for a fulltime Administrative Assistant to work in our Canonsburg, PA office. The hours are Monday – Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. This position will report to the head of Administration and will perform the duties described in the job description below and will be considered a Non Exempt employee. The ideal candidate performs primarily administrative functions involving compiling, scanning and bookmarking, opening/sending daily mail, copying, scanning, faxing, filing, and answering telephone, typing, creating/editing documents, and other administrative/clerical duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Hands on and ability to carry out tasks with minimal monitoring
  • Ability to sit at a desk for extended periods of time
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Specifically, Word and Excel
  • Experience with presentations and report writing.

  • Perform other administrative/clerical duties as assigned.
  • Prepare for in-house and external customers’ meetings.
  • Keep travel log and travel schedules.
