About The Position

Behavioral Crossroads Recovery, LLC is looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant to join their team! Job Duties of this position include but are not limited to: Helping to organize the department’s work efforts, and tracking progress in completing special projects. Coordinating internal and external meetings, presentations and client communications Conduct ongoing chart views for consumers assigned to caseload, ensuring that all charts are reviewed and maintained in a compliance fashion. Prepare and edit a variety of documents, correspondence & client communication, presentations. Manage and organize the department’s documents, deliverables and various project timelines Assist in the creation and deliver of customized provider panels. Manage schedules, resources, and logistical needs for the Department Knowledge of billing codes and procedure and Excel helpful.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma Required
  • 1-3 years minimum experience in an administrative support and/or client/customer service role required
  • Strong communication skills needed, including writing proficiency
  • Ability to manage multiple project timelines simultaneously while focusing on day to day tasks
  • Looking for an efficient, reliable professional individual who knows how to multitask

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous dispatch experience preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of billing codes and procedure and Excel helpful
