About The Position

The Administrative Assistant will: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Facilitate communication between clinical, technical, and administrative teams. Draft and distribute project-related communications, including status updates and reminders. Prepare and distribute agendas, meeting minutes, and action items. Assist with compiling reports and presentations for leadership. Maintain organized project documentation and filing systems. Assist with tracking project milestones, deliverables, and timelines. Maintain accurate records of project activities, decisions, and approvals. Support onboarding and training logistics for staff involved in Epic implementation. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics for Epic implementation team members. Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reporting for project team members. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and confidentiality standards.

Requirements

  • Two (2) + years of administrative experience, preferably in healthcare or IT project environments.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Must have experience with travel logistics planning.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Epic EMR implementation management is a plus.
