About The Position

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for answering the main phone number and directing calls, entering accounts payable invoices, completing credit card audits, assisting with filing, managing marketing supplies, and completing other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Good communication skills
  • Outgoing, positive personality
  • Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
