We are looking for a driven, proactive, and highly capable Administrative Assistant (Part-Time) to support critical projects for one of the top technology clients in the world, based in the United States. This is a client-facing role that requires strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and represent the company professionally in all client interactions. The successful candidate must be comfortable managing multiple priorities concurrently, supporting project teams and leadership while maintaining a high level of accuracy, discretion, and responsiveness in a dynamic environment. You will perform a wide range of administrative and project support services, contributing to the coordination of project deliverables, invoice processing, meeting scheduling, documentation, and calendar management. You will also support the team through database maintenance, reporting, and tracking of budgets and financials.
