Requirements

  • 2+ years in a professional office setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Adobe; ability to learn new tech
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with CCH Axcess and SafeSend Suite is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support daily operations in a dynamic CPA firm
  • Process client deliverables (tax returns, financial statements)
  • Manage electronic filing and correspondence
  • Schedule meetings and handle administrative inquiries
  • Assist with database management and supply ordering
  • Provide backup support for phones, front desk, and mail
