About The Position

Richman Property Services is currently seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. Are you a community-inspired, passion-driven individual with a can-do attitude? If so, we want you on our team! Position: Administrative Assistant Location: Wall Street Place, Our 155 unit residential (New Construction). In addition, help Support River Commons (34 units), Norwalk, CT, 06850 Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm. 40 Hours a week. Requirements

  • Strong administrative background with affordable housing, FLEX/AHP in residential communities
  • Experience using Yardi property management systems, prior Leasing or Admin experience preferred
  • Bilingual, English/Spanish preferred but not required
  • High School Diploma or GED and some college preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in apartment leasing and/or property management preferred
  • Excellent command of the English language - both written and oral
  • Customer service and detail-oriented
  • Good time-management skills and ability to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Residential Property Management experience preferred
  • Ability to self-manage and prioritize
  • Exceptional resident relations skills

Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls and emails from Resident Managers and Leasing Staff
  • Assist with application intake, verification, and screening and resident applications Lease document review for compliance
  • Preparing tenant responses and property notices
  • Preparing legal notices
  • Special projects as assigned
  • Filing
