This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, teamwork, and being a reliable point of contact in a mission-driven environment. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:30am - 5:30pm Voted Raleigh’s Best Nonprofit Organization and Raleigh’s Best Mental Health Services two years in a row! Your Role in Our Mission: Answer phones and assist callers professionally Support participant and staff check-in/check-out Prepare, file, and track billing and program paperwork Assist with invoicing, payments, deposits, and basic finance tasks Support staff onboarding and attend team meetings Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized site Provide occasional program support as needed Why Join Us?
