About The Position

The Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and clerical support to corporate leadership and internal departments while serving as a key point of contact for visitors and external stakeholders. This role is responsible for front desk operations, internal and external communications, scheduling, recordkeeping, and general office coordination to ensure efficient and professional day-to-day operations.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general office equipment.
  • Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures, including filing and recordkeeping.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively with diverse personalities.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Two to five years of experience in an administrative, receptionist, or office support role preferred.

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Greet, welcome, and direct visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls and emails; take accurate messages and respond to routine inquiries.
  • Provide administrative support to corporate leadership and internal departments, including filing, recordkeeping, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules; assist with preparing agendas, meeting materials, and follow-up documentation as needed.
  • Assist with incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to support administrative and operational needs.
  • Maintain office supplies and assist with office equipment coordination and basic troubleshooting.
  • Support general office operations, including organizing records and maintaining confidential files.
  • Perform additional administrative and clerical duties as assigned.
