About The Position

The Administrative Assistant will support daily operations by coordinating communication, maintaining records, and assisting both management and field staff.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
  • Ability to communicate calmly and effectively in fast‑paced situations
  • Basic technology proficiency, including GPS, company software, and mobile devices
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience in a busy office setting
  • This role requires frequent use of hands for typing, filing, and handling documents.
  • Occasional physical activity may include lifting or moving up to 20 pounds, stooping, reaching, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, climbing, and other tasks requiring physical stamina.
  • Good hearing and vision are essential.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of towing industry practices, costs, and methods is a plus
  • Ability to positively motivate and support a team of drivers

Responsibilities

  • Dispatch and manage incoming calls with professionalism and accuracy
  • Provide administrative support to office and management teams
  • Liaise with vendors, clients, and drivers to ensure smooth operations
  • Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Support lien processing and auction documentation
  • Assist with billing reviews, cash handling, and payment verification
  • Demonstrate strong customer service, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
  • Maintain and update databases, records, and filing systems
  • Exhibit excellent listening, verbal communication, and telephone skills
  • Manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
