About The Position

A North Pinellas-based law firm is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant who will perform a variety of clerical and manual tasks--from opening a new file to taking out the trash. The firm, Faehner, practices law centered on clients, focusing on estate planning, corporate, real estate, probate and trust administration, and tax for high-net-worth individuals and small businesses.

Requirements

  • At least one year of previous hospitality or retail experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including proper grammar and spelling.
  • Ability to clearly communicate with diverse audiences via in-person, phone, and email.
  • Natural ability to thrive when multitasking in a technology-driven environment operating at a fast pace.
