About The Position

This position will provide administrative support to the senior leadership team and will provide back-up support to the Executive Coordinator. This position will also be backup at the front desk. Administrative duties will include coordinating the front desk schedule, making travel arrangements, setting up meeting and event arrangements; preparing reports and completing other projects, high level assignments, or special assignments as assigned. This position will require strong computer skills, an ability to work independently on assignments, as well as the ability to work well under pressure by complying with time constraints and task completion deadlines.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years related work experience
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills

Nice To Haves

  • AA degree or business school preferred
