About The Position

We’re looking for a dependable and organized Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our busy retail showroom. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of administrative work and customer interaction in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You’ll play a key role in keeping our showroom operations running smoothly while supporting both staff and customers.

  • 1–2 years of experience in administrative support, retail, customer service, or order entry

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Google tools and AS400 experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Answering and directing phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries
  • Maintaining organized filing systems (digital and physical)
  • Ordering and managing office and showroom supplies
  • Assisting with data entry and accurate record keeping
  • Supporting team members with administrative tasks and special projects
  • Greeting and assisting showroom visitors in a friendly, professional manner
  • Coordinating UEZ paperwork from multiple locations and maintaining accurate records
  • Receiving and checking in showroom deliveries, ensuring order accuracy
  • Notifying customers when their merchandise arrives
  • Processing customer pickups efficiently and accurately
  • Assisting with general showroom operations as needed
