About The Position

Reports Directly to the Administrator and Recreation Director in ensuring all Administrative Duties and Recreation Activities are completed. Hours: 8:30 am until 4:30 pm, and the ability to be flexible when resident activities are scheduled outside set normal hours.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Proficient in Microsoft programs and willingness to learn EMR.
  • Possess good communication skills; oral and written.
  • Possess good customer skills.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and convey messages to the team.
  • Responsible and coordinate resident PNA accounts and accessible during bank hours 9:30 am until 1:30 pm with Recreation Director.
  • MAS Transportation Rides- Schedule for residents- packets to residents.
  • Collect all audits and filing in binders.
  • Track all In services for team members.
  • PO’s for the building of ancillary vendors (staples, amazon etc.). Reconcile PO’s with Delivery Tickets as necessary and coordinate with Financial Coordinator.
  • Liaison with Security and conveying messages and information.
  • Meet and Greet tours, vendors, families and visitors upon entry into the facility.
  • Preparation of New Admission Information Folders and Welcome Packet.
  • Quarterly statement PNA signatures.
  • Responsible for running programs on the recreation calendar that requires a leader or monitor including set up and breakdown and attendance.
  • Pick up Mail on a daily basis and place in resident mailboxes.
  • Monitor needs of the offices and order supplies as necessary.
  • Communicate with other team members regarding resident census. Provide Daily census to the team.
  • Other duties assigned.
