Greet customers, vendors, and delivery personnel in a professional and friendly manner · Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails · Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area · Handle incoming and outgoing mail/packages · Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email about our services, turnaround times, and pricing · Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation, sending quotes and other admin tasks as needed · Follow up with customers, quote follow, delayed parts follow up, return unrepaired follow up · Support other departments with clerical tasks as required
